Ben started her stall at the market because she wanted to share her love of cooking Thai food. A skill she was taught by her grandmother and mother in Thailand. Ben considers her signature product to be her Pad Thai, a street food classic noodle stir fry with a sweet-savoury-sour sauce scattered with crushed peanuts.
