Lindsey shares her story “I have been creating glass beads (Lampwork) since 2005 and simply love the craft and creating such wonderful “little pieces of wearable art”. My style is in the strength of colour found in glass and I enjoy the challenges that working with molten glass presents. With my husband Brenton, we combine my glass beads with recycled Antique ‘Silver Plated spoons and forks’ which he has ‘reformed’ into bracelets, pendants & earrings to create truly unique jewellery.
I taught myself the skills of Lampwork Beads and still use basic equipment and tools relying on my artistic skills and a great imagination.
